Spear – Graduate Coach Training Programme (in all Spear Centres, starting August 2018)
Are you a confident individual with an interest in coaching and a passion to work as part of the local church to see young people reach their potential?
Together with our partner churches across London and in Brighton, we are now recruiting for the Spear Graduate Coach Training Programme, starting in late summer 2018 – a paid, dynamic, one year opportunity to develop coaching and leadership skills, and have at the same time an impact on communities in partnership with the local church, of which you will be required to become an active member.
Join our experienced and passionate team of Coaches who work together to equip and empower unemployed 16 – 24 year olds to overcome disadvantage and move into sustainable work or further education.
While being part of vibrant staff teams at our partner churches, you will receive intensive training delivered by Resurgo’s professional Coaches and build coaching skills through working on the front line with vulnerable young people. Many of our Graduate Coaches progress into more senior roles in our charity.
