Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager

£35,000 – £38,000, Full Time

Resurgo Trust is a growing church-based missional charity. Our flagship initiative, Spear, is an award-winning programme that equips and supports disadvantaged 16 to 24 year olds not in education, employment or training (NEET) to find long-term employment. We are looking for a highly talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager.

The Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager will play a key role in developing new relationships with corporate partners for Resurgo Trust.  You will lead on the area of growing our income through corporate giving, and growing our and impact within existing partner companies.

We are looking for someone who is dynamic with proven business development and account management experience who also possesses strong leadership and relationship management skills. The post holder will be in keeping with Resurgo’s mission to be an expression of the Christian life and faith.

People and Culture Manager (HR)

£28,000 (salary dependent on experience), Full Time or Part Time

Resurgo Trust is a growing church-based missional charity. Our flagship initiative, Spear, is an award-winning programme that equips and supports disadvantaged 16 to 24 year olds not in education, employment or training (NEET) to find long-term employment. We are looking for a highly talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a People and Culture Manager.

The People and Culture Manager sits at the heart of the organisation, playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of Resurgo’s HR, I.T., and Facilities processes, as well as looking to uphold the ethos and culture of the organisation. You’ll be highly relational with a keen eye for detail, able to juggle a demanding but rewarding workload.

This role will see the successful candidate take responsibility for the development of the People department for Resurgo and maintaining the current processes and functions of the team. We are looking for someone who is dynamic with proven HR management and experience who also possesses strong leadership and relationship management skills.

The leadership style of the People and Culture Manager will be in keeping with Resurgo’s mission to be an expression of the Christian life and faith.

Spear Lead Coach

£24,500, Full Time

Resurgo, a growing church-based charity in London, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Spear team as Lead Coach.

This exciting role as a Lead Coach will involve delivering training in life and career skills, and overseeing and taking responsibility for the recruitment of students to the programme. The successful applicant will be provided with professional training in personal development and coaching.

We are looking for someone with great people skills, a highly developed emotional intelligence and an enthusiastic and proactive temperament. Previous experience in training is preferred and a confidence in leading and motivating groups is essential. Ideally, applicants would have been in work for a minimum of 2 years.

The progrmme is run in partnership with local churches and therefore therefore some roles will require that the successful applicant will become an active member of the partner local Church.

Spear Centre Manager (more than 1 role available)

£28,000 (salary dependent on experience), Full Time

Resurgo, a growing church-based charity in London, is looking for two motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Spear teams as Centre Managers to be based at St Mark’s, Kennington and St Peter’s, Bethnal Green.

We are looking for someone with great people skills, a highly developed emotional intelligence and an enthusiastic and proactive temperament. Three years’ previous experience in training and team management is required along with a confidence in leading and motivating groups.

The programme is run in partnership with local churches and therefore it is an essential requirement that the successful applicant will become an active member of the partner church.

Graduate Coach Training Programme (more than 1 role available)

Starting September 2017, £18,000, Full Time, Fixed Term

The Spear Graduate Coach Training Programme – A paid, dynamic, one year opportunity to develop coaching and leadership skills.

Join our experienced and passionate team of Coaches who work together to equip and empower unemployed 16 – 24 year olds to overcome disadvantage and move into sustainable work or further education.

You will receive intensive training delivered by our professional Coaches and build coaching skills through working on the front line with vulnerable young people. Many of our Graduate Coaches progress into more senior roles in our charity.

This London-based opportunity is well suited to someone with a vision for engaging in social impact, looking to develop your career in the charity sector, or looking for a career change.

As the programme is run in partnership with local churches, it is an essential requirement that the successful applicant will become an active member of the partner church.

We will consider applications from exceptional candidates who do not hold a degree qualification.
